Personal training and nutrition coaching

Whatever your fitness goals - weight loss, muscle building, improved performance, functional strength and mobility, etc - we can build a tailored program that works for you and your budget.

After setting you up with a program, we meet virtually on a regular basis to track progress and adjust, holding longer sessions as needed to review movements and technique. Should you be located in Northern Virginia, we can also meet in person.

 

Best results come from lifestyle adjustments and doing your homework! When it comes to our bodies, a little goes a long way.

Rate: $50 / hour

Ben Burgoyne,

I am a mechanical engineer who developed a fitness hobby. I was able to get myself a lot stronger, faster, and leaner, and in the process earned a personal trainer certification.

Reaching those goals felt great, but so does having more energy, getting sick less, and being more attuned to how my body works.

 

The interesting thing about learning something valuable is that you end up wanting to share it with others. I feel just as much satisfaction seeing others meet their goals as I do when I hit mine. I love seeing efforts turn into results.

So far I've been able to help a number of clients reach their goals, all based on fundamental principles and tried-and-true techniques. There is no magic bullet!
